- You need of Yam.
- Prepare of Eggs.
- You need of Tomatoes.
- You need of Onions.
- Prepare of Groundnut oil + little margarine.
- Prepare of Chilli pepper.
- You need cubes of Seasoning.
- It's of Crayfish (optional).
- Prepare of Salt.
Fried Yam and Scrambled eggs instructions
- Peel and cut your yam nicely, to your desired shape for frying. Then pour in a bowl adding few pinches salt as well. (Depends on your yam quantity).
- Heat up your groundnut oil and when its hot, you put in your yam and fry for at least 4-5mins. And transfer in a sieve.
- For the scrambled eggs !!!!.....Heat up your pan and add your margarine + groundnut oil. Then allow to melt and get clearer..
- At this point, you introduce your onions and sâute for 2-3mins. Then introduce your sliced tomatoes and allow to fry well..
- Afterwards, you introduce your pepper, seasoning cubes, crayfish and salt. Then, the egg follows lastly..
- Stir the mixture for 3mins and its ready.
