- You need 1/4 of red chilli, chopped finely.
- Prepare 1 of scallion, chopped finely.
- It's 3 of cherry tomatoes, chopped finely.
- You need 15 g of Cheddar cheese, grated or chopped.
- It's 1 teaspoon of butter.

- Chop all ingredients finely.
- Heat butter in frying pan and fry scallion, chilli and tomatoes for 2 minutes.
- Beat the eggs and pour into the pan and scramble for 1 minute, then add cheese and cook for a further minute. Serve and eat immediately.
