  2. It's 30 g of pumpkin seeds.
  3. It's 30 g of sesame seeds or sunflower seeds.
  4. You need 1 tbsp of maple syrup.
  5. You need 800 ml of coconut milk.
  6. It's 2 of ripe pears, peeled, cored & sliced.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of maple syrup.
  8. Prepare 30 g of flaked almonds (optional).

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 4 / 180C / 350F and spread the pumpkin and sesame / sunflower seeds on a lined baking tray.
  2. Roast for 20 minutes, shaking the tray every 5 minutes until golden.
  3. Put the oats in a pan with the milk and toasted seeds.
  4. Let simmer for 10 minutes until the oats have absorbed the milk.
  5. Meanwhile warm through the pear slices in a frying pan on a low heat with the maple syrup.
  6. Serve the porridge topped with some sliced pear and an extra drizzle of maple syrup.
  7. Add some toasted, flaked almonds if you like. Dry fry 30g of them in a frying pan until golden.
