- Wash quinoa under water at normal temperature to remove the bitterness due to saponin chemical present on the outer skin of the grains..
- Take a pressure cooker, roast the quinoa for 5 minutes in desi ghee add little water. Close it's lid and keep it on a medium flame till it gets two whistles..
- Open the cooker after releasing the pressure..Add full fat milk, sugar and allow it to thicken so as to evaporate the water. Add few raspberries too.stir it..it will attain the pink colour.keep it aside..
- Meanwhile make a puree of the thawed frozen raspberries strain it. Keep it aside..
- Bake few slices of bread in a floral silicon moulds..Add the raspberries puree on it.It will attain red colour..Bake it in a preheated OTG at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes. Take them out once they are baked. Add thickened creamy porridge on it..
