- It's 0.3 cups of Couscous.
- Prepare of Fish.
- You need of Sauce.
- It's of Vegetables of choice.
Couscous Porridge. step by step
- Pour couscous in boiling water,stir occasionally and allow to boil for 15-20mins (this depends on the size,and type of couscous). When done drain and keep aside.
- Fry onion in little oil, add fish to fry then pour in tomato sauce, add in seasons and spices of choice and allow to simmer for 3mins.
- Add in cooked couscous and stir..Add your vegetables and allow to cook for about 5mins.
