  1. Heat a pressure cooker and dry roast the green gram for 2 minutes. Wash the rice and add it with the moong. Add water and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles..
  2. . It should be smooth and mushy in texture. For one glass of dal and rice, pour 3 glass of water. It should be in a semi liquid consistency. Once the pressure is released mash it with a ladle and serve hot with added salt and ghee. Enjoy with papad, achar and if preferred any of your sabji.😋👌.
