Broken Wheat Porridge step by step
- Collect all the ingredients.
- Wash broken wheat.
- In a pressure cooker add 1 tsp of ghee add washed broken wheat saute it till nicely roast.
- Add 3 cups of water and 1/4 tsp of salt close the cooker wait till 2 whistle than slow down the flame.
- After 2 minutes switch off the flame let the pressure release.
- Open the lid of cooker add jaggery stir well now add milk again stir nicely add cardamom powder raisin and almonds.
